"I was very satisfied with my initial purchase, the selection and ease of the actual buy. THEN, I received the radiator and took it to my mechanic and he advises that the radiator is damaged. I called several numbers and explained the scenario. I did not receive the assistance that I needed. So I had to purchase a new radiator, because they had already taken my old one out. It has been 5 days and I have yet to receive the info so that I can return the radiator that is damaged. So I'm looking at eating that $180.00. That is an expensive lesson that I have learned. So to answer the question at hand, I am 125% dissatisfiedwith the service that I have received from your company and will never use nor promote your company to anyone. "

"Terrible company to do business with. I will agree that they got the radiator to me quickly. It arrived in two days. However it is all bad from there. When I installed the item it immediately leaked. I attempted to contact the company by telephone but they will not accept requests to return a product by telephone and direct you to their email system. I sent three separate emails requesting authorization to return the product for a replacement. They ignored each and every one of them. Finally after a week of waiting for a reply to my emails I contacted my credit card company and placed a stop payment on the order. Their customer service is non-existent. If anyone is considering doing business with this company I would suggest looking else where as this company is a rip off."
