"I tried the QT60 radio and while it did not end up being what I wanted, the customer service was still great.
The radio itself was functional and seemed good for the little time I tried it, it just wasn't what I was looking for.
The customer service replied very quickly via emial to help me with the return process.
All I needed to do was print some lables and ship the rig back. They handled basically everything else without giving me a hard time. My refund came a few days after.
Hopefully I will find a radio that will better suit my needs in the future, as I was both impressed and thankful for the assistance their customer service gave me.

"I was having a problem with loading the latest firmware update. It would start and then quit.
Irene, from Radioddity support is a first level support person and she gave me all the usual responses; but, none of them worked. She new, on her own, that she would have to escalate it to a high-level tech support agent, Michael, who knew exactly what the problem was. It turned out that the "340" style cables are not fast enough to do the update. He recommended a cable based on FTDI. I ordered one and voila...
Excellent support team; and, although I did buy the cable from Radioddity, it was in no way resulting from pressure to buy it from them. In fact, it was never brought up."
