"Every business has it’s share of glitches and for the most part, out of control of the person you are on the phone to. Most will come up with some lame excuse and offer a simple insincere apology and then they are gone! As luck would have it, my Rage Battery order was lost. The young man at Rage Battery was sincerely apologetic, not offering any excuse and went out of his way to correct the problem, upgraded my order as well as called me back to make sure I was satisfied with the results. As with every business, it is not so much the product you are trying to sell, it is the staff that picks up the phone and has contact with the customer. Yours did an outstanding job."

Their customer service is great, I just recently had some problems with shipping of one of my orders and Jerry at Rage Battery made certain that I received my order within days of the original order date. My order arrived (despite being 120 SLAs) in less than a week and the company owner gave me a personal call with in 10 minuets after my order assuring me that it would go out that day. "It took 27 days (plus one Email and two phone calls to their customer service) to get the battery I ordered. This apparently was partly due to UPS damaging the first one that was shipped (and returning it to them) and lack of communication with their supplier. The customer service guy was very nice, but they don't seem to be well-organized."

"Placing the order on their site was a snap, but after that it kinda falls apart. I received an email with my order # and went to their site to track the order. There is a button that states "order status", but when there, there is no information about the order status. Shipped, backordered, tracking number just the order information. So I had to email them and ask about order status. I was told it would arrive on Friday and it arrived the following Monday (10) days after I placed the order. I was hoping that it would get shipped out quicker than that, but it didn't.

Battery is great and works perfect though so that is a huge plus!
