"I made a purchase on 7/21/2019. I checked my account on 7/24/2019 and my cash back had not been added. I tried to contact someone for help and got the automated assistant. I answered the questions from the assistant but when I got to the subtotal of my order the amount was placed but the assistant kept asking me for the subtotal over and over. I contacted technical support for help and the amount was added to my account. Not sure what the problem is but looks like some further checking needs to be done. The 4 stars were given since the amount was added immediately. I have had very few problems with Ebates/Rakuten in the past. Normally, they would have received 5 stars of not for this most recent occurrence."
