"I knew when I placed my order that one part was on back order however when the estimated availability date came and went there was no notification, only a change in the item's availability status to "call or email." this was not a significant problem in my case because after contacting RSD they were able to ship me a similar part and arrived quickly. I would suggest an email notification when an items status changes after the back order date passes to provide options for the delayed part. My parts arrived in great shape and quickly after I finished a day of emailing with RSD customer service. I will use this site again, just a suggestion for improvement. Keep up the great work and great part availability."
