"I purchased 9 tickets in March for a concert in August. Travled 3 hours one way to see the show. We got to the gate and 4 seats were already used. once a few of us made it to the seats the poeople in the 4 that were used had the same tickets that I was also sold. I am currently in the process of trying to get a refund. I will update once the matter is resolved. So far it is not looking good for me because I never read the fine print staing that if this happens you need a letter from the event stating that your tickets were no good!"
"i ordered tiks on monday aug 5 and paid for fed x delivery-- as of thurs nite my client did not have tiks--had to call razorgator and spend a lot of time getting a rep to track down my tiks-- many calls later they tracked my package and got the tiks to the client on fri morning-- the event was fri nite and my client was driving several hrs to get to the event from upstate ny to yankee stadium--when i order next day delivery and pay for it i expect it to be there the next day-- paying for the service and waiting 4days to have the tix delivered was unacceptable-- i was very disappointed in the delivery and the time consuming effort to get this fixed"
