"Placed an order for IU men's basketball tickets last year and the ease of ordering and prompt delivery of my tickets was great. My Son-In-Law was able to attend his first ever Hoosier basketball game. Will definitely use Razorgator again for future ticket purchases. Prices were on average with other sites, I found some cheaper at another site but was uncomfortable with its policies and vague guarantee policies. Fees are a little hefty but worth a couple dollars more to know that I'm going to receive the tickets I ordered. "

"I've used Razorgator multiple times, and I've never had a problem with their tickets. I find them to be very reliable, and usually cheaper than the other online ticket brokers. The only issues I have with them, and I'm sure it's the case with all ticket brokers, and not just them is; you pay some sort of convenience fee for the tickets, and it's not a set price. They charge the fee according to how much the tickets cost, and I don't think that should have anything to do with a fee. The other issue I have is, you pay next day air for shipping, even though you may not receive the tickets for months. I've talked to the good people at RG, and they explained to me that they charge you for when they actually receive the tickets from the seller, and when they send them it's next day air, but it makes no sense to me, when I'm getting the tickets MONTHS later, obviously if my event is months away it's not that pressing of an issue to have them shipped next day air, when they could just send them registered mail through the Post Office. Other than those things I'm happy with their service, and I'd recommend them to anybody looking for tickets.

When we called, they said that they specially list it that way and that we should know from the price - even though they marked it as great seats. Their were other sites with better seats at better prices. Their guarantee is that they will mislead."

I was excited to get the tickets and saw they weren't charging me the ridiculous "processing fee" but it turns out they did -- it just wasn't shown on the "checkout" page. My tickets were $144 plus 16.95 which I thought was $170.95 but stupid as I was I saw $209 and wasn't thinking. I think the processing charge should be posted in FULL VIEW.
