Ordered my tix 6 days before the event.
Site claims ship notification within 48 hours. I never got it.
Items never shipped to me. No one there noticed- I waited to call them as they indicate you should wait, as tickets "may arrive as late as the day of the event".
I called RG after the last Fed Ex truck came the day of the event and they emailed tickets to me BUT:
I would have asked tickets to be emailed in the first place, as that's what ticketmaster and stub hub do but that wasn't an option - only option was an expensive shipping choice, a shipping cost that RG likely pocketed since no tickets have ever arrived.
Also, it took them 4 hours to email me the tickets- so late in the day that I couldn't make the event, as I live some distance from the arena (I couldn't go anyways as I had a family member pass over the weekend) but that doesn't excuse the poor managment of my tickets.
No way I use Razor Gator again."

"My experience with Razorgator.com was rather straightforward and simple. The website is designed to be user-friendly, and that is how I found the browsing experience to be. I found the tickets I was looking for, for the date I was looking to attend. The only complaint I have is that when I was selecting tickets, I did not see anything about their fees or shipping rates. Because of this I passed up more expensive tickets that better suited my preference and purchased less-expensive tickets to make up for the expensive fees in the checkout process. I wish there was also more shipping options. I may have opted for a quicker delivery in my circumstance, but overnight shipping is not entirely necessary for all sales. For instance, a sporting event 3 months away should be able to have tickets delivered under less-expensive ground shipping instead of overnight. The tickets arrived on time, and matched the description of the ones I purchased. I have not yet attended the game, but the tickets look to be legitimate, and I am looking forward to attending the game."
