"I ordered 4 tickets from Razorgator. The total price charged to my credit card was much more than the price shown when I ordered. I was charged several hundred dollars more than I should have been. All I can guess is that they have some hidden fees shich they did not disclose. I sent an email to Razorgator asking for an explaination, but have not received a response. Although they hit my credit card for almost $1,500.00, I have notyet received the tickets. If Razorgator doesn't make this right, I will never use them again."

"Frankly it was an awful experience. First off, I placed orders for a particular row and the price would be different from what was on the main screen. Or it would be for a different row than I had selected. Then the connection fees were twice to three times as high as my friend who had bought on Razorgator had paid. Then I used a coupon on the order, but RG charged my Paypal the full amount even though my receipts said $20 less. The next day I get a call from RG telling me that my desired tickets were not available but they had something else at no additional cost to me. I told them the whole transaction had been a nightmare and to just cancel my order. They did, but waited several days to refund my Paypal. I will not ever use them again."
