" I was surprised to find that my first order for tickets to the final four were sold to someone else. I ordered them the a week before the game (3-23) and didn't find out until Monday that the tickets were sold to someone else. I had to buy different tickets but spend much more that we originally did. Had we spent that much on friday, we would have had floor seats. After all was said and done, we reordered tickets and received those overnight. I didn't understand the process when I made the original order. Razor gator could make it more clear that tickets are not gaurenteed until the seller confirms that they are still available. "

"I was really nervous about buying tickets for a big event like the Final Four online. I was worried about the validity and picking up the tickets from a fake storefront. I guess that I am just a nervous nelly. Well it could not have been easier. The place that I had to pick the tickets up from did exist and the people working inside were really nice. I got my tickets fast and they were better seats than what I bought online. My husband and I had a wonderful experience. The only downside was the high fees associated with buying the tickets. "

"On 12/28/11 I tried to purchase tickets for the ProBowl in Hawaii on-line. I could not get the purchase to go through. I called the number to order. I had the seating map up on my computer, the person at razorgator also did. I compared with him 3 times the seats I wanted. Second row, end zone, ORANGE. I was told the tickets would mail out on Jan. 23, I told him we would already be on vacation to please send them to the hotel. 3 days later they arrived at the hotel, we didn't arrive until the 27th. Knowing where our seats were we arrived at the stadium, sat in our seats only to be told we didn't have the correct seats. Looking at our tickets, we were given the RED ZONE! I had recently had knee surgery,I don't do well with heights, my husband has a disability and can't walk up hill for long periods of time. NO elevators and we had to go up about 6 flights to our seats. The players looked like ants!
We paid a fortune to go to the islands to see this game as well as over 400.00 for tickets. The ticket prices were 45.00 each for 5 of them, way too high a service charge.
I wrote a letter to Razorgator pertaining to this, never heard back. For that reason......
DO NOT BUY FROM RazorGator!"

"There was a good selection of tickets and prices. We got a very good deal. The only downside was the cost of shipping - we got paper printouts for tickets and were left thinking that we could have printed them out ourselves. I would still use Razorgator again, I would just calculate shipping in looking for tickets. "

"I'm not pleased that razorgator does not offer any shipping option except fedex. Fedex is terribly expensive and unnecessary when tickets don't need to arrive overnight. Buyers ALWAYS should have the option to choose to have tickets sent through the post office if there's no rush and the option to print tickets at home."
