"First of all, I ordered tickets for the wrong date. Not sure how that happened but I will acknowledge user error there. When I discovered the error, I called to see if I could nullify the purchase. I did this within three (3) minutes of the original order, as quickly as I possibly could. I was told all sales are final but that they would switch the date if the seller had tickets for the date. They did and I switched. The correct tickets were quite a bit more money but that was to be expected because they are opening day tickets. Then when I received the "tickets" they were not actual tickets but electronic tickets. I can gain admission with these full page photo copies but they will not scrap book well with the 20+ other opening day ticket stubs I have. Should have gone with a company I knew. Very disatisfied with the entire transaction and will not use them agoin."
