"I ordered a product that was listed as being Made by Carver Wood Products and being made of genuine Oak. It turned out to be made of some kind of soft wood (not oak) and made in China. I can attest to the authenticity of the wood as I am a retired craftsman and worked with oak for over 30 years so I know what it looks like. Carver Wood Products doesn't even exist any more as it burned to the ground. I am being given the opportunity to return the product after I jump through a bunch of hoops, so there is that. But that does not excuse the false advertising in the first place and render a good rating. "

"Most of my order was fine. But apparently one of the boxes of multi fold paper towels was damaged because I got a box of loose packs of paper towels, one of which was damaged. I did get the appropriate number of packs, but one was not usable and the others were much harder to store. If you need to deal with damaged materials, I would recommend selling them as damaged goods, not pretending they are the same as undamaged goods. Part of why I like restockit is they are usually better than this."
