"I ordered the electrostatic cleaning gun and the cleaning tablets for my in home child care and they called me right away to inform me that there would be a 2 week delay on that due to the tablets being out of stock. I wished they had listed that on their website.
I am still waiting for 3 items from a second order I placed on the same day, to arrive all of which were not on back order . I sent an email the other day to customer service to see when I should expect them and I have not received any reply. I was a little bummed but that is my timing with things, I guess."

"This is the 3rd time ordering and just might be my last. The first time my packages arrive great, no damages....3 cases in one big card board box and 2 cases in another card board box...which keeps them from being damaged during shipping. Second time, shipped each case of boxes (6 cases total) in the boxes original shrink wrap packaging and they were torn up, scuffed up and damaged and I had to go through 500 boxes to double check each box...very disappointed with that shipping and I voiced my opinion to this store and they did reimburse me for 1 case, but said they couldn’t ship them any other way. Which does not make any sense, because the first shipment of boxes came perfectly fine. This last 6 cases I just receive were all opened up, torn plastic, scuff marks on a lot of them and rips in the boxes yet again! I am extreme disappointed with them. The UPS driver didn’t even wait for us to get to the door, he just dropped them on my porch and pretty much ran...probably because had I seen them the way they were, I definitely would have declined the shipment. This company has great products, prices and fast shipping, but they have to do something different with the way they delivery their products.
