"First they asked to fax my credit card information after placing the order online (for those of you who don't know what fax is - it's kind of 80s email). First of all that is huge security risk and secondarily who has fax? After complaining about it they told to print order, fill out the credit card info and take picture and send back.... still a security risk.
Promised delivery time was 1-2 business days. On 3rd day I contacted their support, first by calling - no answer. Then by email - got rather fast response telling be that my order has been cancelled: "Customer Service Protection Team has flagged this order as fraudulent and
has canceled the order accordingly".
THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION ABOUT THIS BEFORE I ASKED ABOUT IT!!!
I don't even want to know how they store the credit card data if they ask people to fax it in. "
