"I live in snow country, so when I received my cake boxes wrapped in a thin layer of see-thru plastic sitting upright in 2 inches of snow when I got home from work, I wasn't happy! The plastic had torn on 3 of the 4 corners and one whole side was opened up which ruined about 20 of the 100 boxes. When I contacted the company, they compensated me for the ruined cake boxes, so I would order from them again. But I would hope that they would wrap their product better the next time."
