"I called about 2 weeks ago and asked about a wiring harness, and they said they would check with someone from the warehouse and call within a couple days. No call ever came. I called again yesterday and tried to talk to someone, but their customer support center didn't answer my call and redirected me to the answering service and I gave the guy my info to call me back. I get a call today from their sales and product recommendation department. So I call again, nobody picks up, and I'm directed to the same answering service. I told them what happened and she talks to me in a slow and rude tone that she can't get me to the right department even though I described my problem. The answering service takes your name and phone number, but does nothing to make sure you get to the right people. Apparently if you need support, they aren't willing to help."
