The customer service line was answered in less than one minute and the person I spoke with was very helpful in answering all my questions. After speaking with him I ended up ordering a different system then I planned on (I told him I wanted it for my plow truck and he recommended a better camera that was also heated. I am glad I called to inquire instead of just ordering on my own as I ended up with exactly what I needed. Price was good and shipping was right on time. Bottom line .....
