Straight away a member from team Robert got in touch with me and because I could show them proof of charge they have refunded the charge to my credit card account. "I love red bubble because you can find odd designs and their products are cheaper than similar websites. Usually shipping is pretty fast too. There have been a couple incidents where fed ex screwed my shipping up by taking it to the wrong place (not red bubbles fault, fed ex just ****) and red bubble replaced my order for free!!!! "
