I contacted Redbubble and within 15 minutes they had replied and would be sending out replacement items right away. I was very impressed with the above the mark customer service. "I have to give 5 stars for the speedy and helpful customer service that I have received. Ordered a hoodie that cost £32 for my granddaughter, however quality of the item was not very good. Within days of me contacting the customer service team i received a replacement hoodie, unfortunately this was of poor quality too. Again I contacted them and they have kindly issued a refund for the item. Having read other reviews the quality of items have been very good, just unfortunate that mine wasn't. This has not put me off buying from Redbubble and I have to say thank you for your excellent customer care "

"I had an issue with my delivery address. I paid by Apple Pay and so after check out it automatically put my billing address as my delivery address and I was trying to send to a friend. I submitted the address change form and as promised -(which most of the time NEVER happens) they got back to me in less than 12hrs. "If I could give redbubble zero stars I would. I ordered 4 stickers on December 7, and nothing showed up. I contacted there customer service a month later and was told wait another week! So I did, still nothing. I contacted them again, and was told the order was lost and we needed to start over the whole process! So now I need to wait until around the 22nd of January! So a month and a half for 4, 3in x 3in stickers! Who knows if I will ever get what I ordered, or I’ll still be waiting in March. What an absolute waist of time. If your looking to buy something from redbubble, please for the love of god go somewhere else!! It is not worth the hassle... really it’s not!!"

"Had an issue with the print transfer of a t shirt. Was wonky. Followed super easy return steps and alakazam within a couple of hours had a replacement tshirt baking in the oven,then on its way to me. Easy as 1,2 and resolved before hitting 3.
