"I have placed a few orders with this company and have never been dissappointed. There hard phone cases gives your phone excellent protection and buying for two guys they have stood the test of being a hard case.
Recently I placed an order for two more hard phone cases, which provides a huge selection, but unfortunately I placed the same order twice as I thought the first order did not go through. I immediately sent them email explaining what I had done and received an email the next day to say that they will cancel my order and gave me a voucher number to choose another design, with no added cost to myself.
If anyone needs a phone case I highly reccomend RedBubble..............

"I love that they support artisans, but the customer service I experienced sucked. I placed my order December 8th 2019 for a Christmas gift. Today is January 24th and the product isn't due to arrive until Jan. 27th-Feb. 3rd. It took two weeks before the product was ready to ship (a travel mug, seriously?). It was shipped to the wrong address (my fault) and was sent back by the post office (yay), and it went downhill from there. I spent one month trying to communicate with customer service to find my order and reship it. There is no phone number to call Redbubble. Only email or chat. I emailed. They never seemed to receive my responses because they kept asking the same question but from a different rep each time. The order was started and stopped by them 3 times. The chat option was no better. The rep was very rude and seemed to have better things to do than assist me.
I tried one last time and seemed to get a clear response that my order was on it's way. Fingers crossed. Won't shop here again. Not worth the hassle or the wait time."

"A recent Michael Hutchense documentary prompted me to search online (things weren't as easy to source back then!) I'm so glad I found Redbubble. Easy ordering and customer service were quick to respond when I made a mistake on the order. Item arrived earlier than stated. Great quality, cut, style and design.
