"I think this company may not be real. I purchased an item and it was immediately billed to my credit card When there was no shipping info after one week I contacted the company. They said my order was cancelled but they would order it anew and I would see shipping info in one week. When that did not occur, I again asked why there was no shipping info, the company said that the order had again been cancelled. The company refused to proivde any reasons or explanation despite my request. My credit card still has been billed for the item. In my opinion, no one should ever deal with this company and the authorities should step in to stop their practices."

"I placed my order on the 18th and promptly got an email notification showing my order was In Process. It never changed, so I attempted contact. Never got more than a chance to leave a voicemail, which went un returned as did my emails. All I wanted was to be told that the order was sometime being shipped. Instead, I placed one more email telling them that they had until the end of the week to contact me or I'd cancel my order. Today I did that (by again leaving a message). Now I have to wait to contest it with VISA, so I'm not going to reorder with another vendor until this is resolved. Very poor business practices. If they didn't want contact why put the means in the site? My advice is to AVOID them. Pass the word.UPDATE:After After six months of trying to get my money back it finally happened today. Redzuco.com denied that they recieved the item that I had "refused", which had caused me to provide proof. Luckily the post office had scanned the box and confirmed that it made it back to his hands. I'm sure he was just mistaken!? Credit on my VISA for the $357.99, what a relief! From what I've read this fellow may be guilty of mail fraud. Something to consider."
