"My item came in about a week and was in good condition, minus poor packaging. Price was right when you included a $30 rebate, but though I submitted it in October, I still have not received it. For months they told me it was delayed, and now I cannot get a response from them. I threatened to file fraud charges if I don't receive it by Mar 31. Don't order from them if it has a rebate! They obviously have a habit of doing this and then pretending they don't receive the rebate forms.

Update: Still no rebate received. Filed with BBB and Internet Complaint Center. Don't fall for these new reviews. Company fine if no rebate stated. If there is a rebate, don't plan on receiving it!

Final update: Received rebate on April 20th after filing my complaints with the Internet Fraud Center and BBB. They listed the print date on the rebate as "March 31" to escape my complaint. Doubt I would've received it had I not filed complaints. Don't care if there are good reviews for this store and it appears that only people who are dissatisfied post reviews; you would have to be stupid to order from any company with so many complaints re: shipping & rebates when there are so many good online companies out there.

No lawsuit has been possible (though attempted by Austin Police Dept) because not enough people have filed complaints with the correct dept and IN THE END, after you file complaints, they actually send the rebates (so no fraud there).

"Very slow shipping. But my experience with their customer service department was all positive. I spoe with two different people on two different occassion. Both times I got through on the first try without being put on hold. The staff was courteous and helpful. The length of time it took to ship my simple order really was unacceptable though and the only explanation given was that "we have the lowest price in the country." I will not do business with them again and have just started the trek to getting my rebate."

"I placed an order with them for a Plantronics CT12 wireless phone system. However, upon the lack of contact and them not answering the phone for me, I decided I do not want to do business with a company like that. Days later, I still have not received any word if they canceled my order or not. I can only hope that they don't charge my card.

This company lacks all communication skills. You will get no response from them; other than an auto response.


Update:
Well, the fools did sent me the package, days after I told them to cancel the order! These people simply do NOT listen to the customer. Now I will have to refuse the package upon arrival. They better give me a refund, or I will report them to the Texas police.

I just sent a complaint to the Austin Police Dept. as well as the BBB. I refuse to accept any overdraft charges and or re-stocking fees from this fraudulent company.

"Ordered item on February 1, 2005. Card charged on February 10, 2005 (after 3 e-mails asking about order). Package tried to be delivered by UPS on February 21, 2005. Refused package because had COD charge of $75.75 attached to it. That after I had paid shipping charges, shipping insurance charges and for the item in full. Now have begun charge dispute proceedings. Would NEVER even visit their website again.

Update: Thanks to others that posted the Redzuco phone number (no where to be found on their website), I was able to finally get a response from them when I called. They surprisingly answer the phone much better than they do e-mail (don't even bother e-mailing them, you'll never get a response. Just call them.). They claimed they would ship out another item that day and I would receive it the next day without a COD attached to it. I was skeptical, but they actually came through. So, I dropped the disputed charges and am happy with the product. However, the hassle/stress I went through for it wasn't worth the savings on the product. I'd buy elsewhere in the future.

"IT TOOK SOME "NEGOTIATING" BUT I GOT MY REBATE...

On November 8th, 2004, I purchased a NEW NIKON COOLPIX 2200 2.0 MEGAPIXEL DIGITAL CAMERA from REDZUCO. Upon receipt of the camera, I submitted the receipt, UPC barcode, and completed rebate certificate to REDZUCO. After 7 weeks of the submittal of the rebate certificate, I contacted REDZUCO thought their website to find the status of my rebate. They claimed never receiving my rebate information. I proceeded to fax copies of the information requested. On late January, I contacted REDZUCO demanding to know the status of my rebate and threatening to file a fraud complaint with the Postal Inspectors, the Internet Fraud Complaint Center, as well as Austin's Better Business Bureau if I didn't receive my $50 rebate by early February. Again they claimed never receiving my fax. On February 3rd, the day before my deadline to REDZUCO, I received an email from REDZUCO stating that my information was submitted to the rebate team and they were actively working to process rebates. On February 4th, I filed Fraud Complaints with the above mentioned entities.

On February 14th I received the rebate check from REDZUCO for the amount of $50.

"Same rebate issue as mentioned by others. I submitted my rebate to Redzuco on Oct. 12, 2004. Their policy states that rebate checks are sent out in 6-8 weeks. Knowing how most retailers over-promise and under-deliver on this, I waited until 10 weeks to email them through their web site. I got an automated response that someone would contact me within 1-2 business days. I waited 2 weeks and tried again and again and again and.... After 18 weeks I faxed them asking for a response. After 19 weeks I called and, to my shock, someone answered the phone. She proceeded to give me the dance about never received your submission, blah, blah blah and told me to fax it in again.

We'll see what happens.

After hounding them regularly and resubmitting my paperwork twice (they lost the original and the first resubmitted paperwork, even though they emailed to confirm that they had received it), I submitted a fraud report on the FBI's internet fraud site (www.ifccfbi.gov), I received my rebate check last Friday. I deposited it and am waiting to see if it bounces (somehow that wouldn't surprise me). BE PERSISTENT.

I also contacted Paypal and requested that their account be suspended - they are looking into the matter. I see that Redzuco no longer has an Ebay ID, but rumour has it that they have simply opened a new account under the name of MERSINTECH.

STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY NAME!!!

"BUYER BEWARE....YOU'LL NEVER RECEIVE A REBATE!!
I placed and received an order for Plantronics wireless headset system and handset lifter for our company but didn't receive rebate by 1/1/05. I began emailing customer service & was told they never received the rebate info. I emailed the rebate info to CS on 1/3/05 and have contacted them on several occassions to check the status and all I get from CS is that the documents and inquiries have been sent to the rebate team. The last email I sent was on 2/2/05 which I asked for the "rebate team" contact information or the "President" contact information and stated how dissatisfied I was with their rebate program. To date, no word back from them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU'RE EXPECTING A REBATE! YOU'LL NEVER GET IT! BUYER BEWARE!

"They say they never received my rebate information. Right... REBATE SHAM! Now they don't respond. Help me and help yourself! Fax, repeatedly, all day long, to 1-***-***-**** (Redzuco's fax number). Maybe with mounds of faxes, they will either respond, or stop offering phony rebates, or go out of business altogether! I found an address for a job they were offering at:

Okay, here's the deal on my rebate... After faxing my paperwork over 30 times (yes, that's right - over 30 times!!!), I finally heard a peep from them - they said they received my information and were working on it (Remember, they originally said they never received my information when I sent it in via regular USPS mail - sound familiar?). After hearing this "peep" from them, I waited another 3 weeks - NOTHING. So, the faxes began once again. I heard from them again - same story about "we're working on it." So finally I read here a phone number to call them, and advice to call them and forget about e-mail and faxes. So I called the number and it worked!

I finally talked to Anita Harvin and Angela Dickey and guess what? They couldn't process my rebate because I didn't send in my receipt - HA! How could I send in a receipt that they never provided since I paid with Paypal? So I faxed my paperwork a 40th time, with a printout of my Paypal receipt payment (which they could have looked up themselves on their own Paypal account), and I finally received a $40 check which did not bounce.

Redzuco required ample use of my fax machine, e-mail, and telephone, but I finally got what was promised. Purchased on 8-8-04 and deposited my rebate check 28 weeks later! So, my advice to all is to fight hard, call every day, fax every day, e-mail every day. They deserve nothing less!!!

"This company is terrible. There is no customer service via email, only generic automated responses complaining about the busy holiday season. If this is still a holiday season, I think they need to check the calendar. I ordered a UPS that was listed on pricegrabber.com. It was the best deal around, and came with free shipping. So, I thought, why not try them right, even though the reviews are horrible...? Well, the only thing they were in a hurry for was to charge my credit card. And they managed to overcharge me by $2 on top of it. The authorizations never posted to my card, so I assume my order was canceled. If not, I requested that it would be. Not that they respond to emails anyway.

I assume that it didn't go because it was listed as having free shipping. These UPS's are not exactly lite, and they probably didn't want to flip the bill to pay for the shipping. Also, there is no indication of shipping costs prior to ordering, and no way to tell if something is in stock either. Avoid like the plauge.

3 days after caneling my order, the charge re-appeared on my credit card. I have not received any packages from redzuco.com and I called them reguarding this.

First off, their phone number seems to have changed. They have apparently moved their offices. Their phone number is now
***-***-****. They lady was polite on the phone, but aparently she said that her manager was in a meeting. And she told me that they did not receive an order cancelation from me, and I certainly did, as I used their web form to do it! I have not received a call back from them, and I called them yesterday.

Here is some advice: If you are brave enough to place an order with them, foreward any complaints to their office phone number, as they DO NOT respond to emails.

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!! I have emailed the customer service a number of times in the past few months to check on the status of my rebate - NO RESPONSE!! This company is a fraud and needs to go out of business. I bought directly from the site, so I was unable to leave negative feedback on eBay.com...and I am sure this is the case with the others who have posted their experience here. He seems to be defaulting on all his rebates he offers directly on his site. I repeat...don't take your chances, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!"

"Same as the rest. No number to call, customer service replied once to a different account than I ordered from. Once I told them I wanted to know about my rebate, never heard back again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY."
