"I agree with all the complaints listed here. DONOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! "
"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! The older complaints about this company appear to still be valid. I ordered an OEM drum replacement and received a unit that was not in the OEM packaging; very suspicious. Regardless, the drum was defective. I ordered two toner cartridges and only received one. If all of that was not bad enough, Red Tag Toner's website does not have a record of my order. They have not responded to my e-mail (sent a week ago), their 24 hour ORDER number has a recorder on it, their FAX machine number will not accept a fax. Essentially, they don't want to here from their customers unless they want to order their defective supplies directly from their website. Now you know why their prices are so "competitive". BUYER BEWARE!"
"Absolutely non existant customer service. No response to emails or phone calls. I was charged for items I did not receive and have had no response to my inquiry's. I would strongly suggest everyone avoid this so-called business."
"Can not reach customer service. Get voice mail, says they have 24 hour service, talk live to representative, this is not true. On chat, you can only send e-mail. They say they ship same day, still do not have my order and no one to ask about it."
"Ordered two HP toner cartriges. They arrived quickly, but neither was in HP packaging -- they were unboxed cartriges with no individual box wrapped in bubble wrap.
One was leaking toner over everything. It is not clear whether these are new toner cartriges as the "Genuine" logo implied, or refills.
Called 800 number, but only got an answering machine. Left a message.

"Placed purchase, received confirmation. And nothing else. Order was never billed or shipped. Emailed support 3 times with no answer. Telephoned and got voicemail. Left voicemail and was never called back. My order number disappeared from my history 3 weeks later."
"Red Tag Toner apparently sent my credit card info and order to Impro Corp without my knowledge or consent. Impro Corp sent me one of the four cartridges I ordered. The others never arrived. Red Tag Toner's site has my personal info but shows I've never ordered from them yet they sent me a confirmation e-mail.
Impro Corp also CHARGED ME OVER $200 that I did NOT authorize!! Repeated attemps to contact both companies via e-mail, web chat and phone have been unsuccessful. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!! Do not be lured in by their low prices! There is something VERY FISHY going on here!"
"Very cheap! Order arrived in two day for only $6.00 shipping. Was about 25% cheaper than the next lowest price. Ink cartridges were original and unopened, however they were an older stock. Great for home use!"
"My order was passed to another company (IMPRO) for processing and was shipped to an old address, not the one specified in the order. Some items received were not the items ordered and the billing was changed to bill additional money for the items that actually shipped, not the ones ordered. One of the printer cartridges was leaking badly, even through the plastic wrapper to the cardboard box. The ink on the outside had dried and appeared to have been there when it was packed since there was no ink on the packing material. Repeated attempts have been made to resolve this issue but there is no way to contact customer service and calls have never been returned.

"No respond back from seller at all the 877 number was a wast of time. This store promise great things but does not full fill it."
"So far, no ship, no status updates (it is supposedly in stock), no ability to contact customer service either by chat or phone (I've called a couple of times, left a message today). I don't have a good feeling about this...I hope I am wrong. They claim very fast shipment (so fast that it is difficult to cancel an order)...so far my order has been in limbo for four days for some unknown reason.
On 10/24/04, they sent me an email indicating they finally shipped the item (they never did actually respond to my previous 2 emails or my telephone calls)...too bad, as I'd given up on them and bought the item from a seller on eBay earlier that day (and the eBay seller's product arrived first and was much newer product). Anyway, the product finally arrived today 10/27/05, in a battered HP toner box missing some of the glossy outer layer of box, in packaging a few years old, and it isn't obvious if the product is factory sealed or not (it is taped shut with clear packaging tape). If you need something in a timely fashion, I wouldn't recommend this seller...they don't even seem to be willing to let you know when they intend to ship an item claimed to be in stock so you really cannot plan at all."
