"My order was passed to another company (IMPRO) for processing and was shipped to an old address, not the one specified in the order. Some items received were not the items ordered and the billing was changed to bill additional money for the items that actually shipped, not the ones ordered. One of the printer cartridges was leaking badly, even through the plastic wrapper to the cardboard box. The ink on the outside had dried and appeared to have been there when it was packed since there was no ink on the packing material. Repeated attempts have been made to resolve this issue but there is no way to contact customer service and calls have never been returned."
