"I bought these for my 2007 Acura TSX. Just looking to improve the ride of my daily and give it a nice look. These coilovers did just that. Looks really good and I have it dropped about 1 inch to 1inch and a half all around. I adjusted the dampers to 20 clicks all Alexis as well and the car runs better then it did stock. These coil overs did exactly what I was looking for gray product. Shipping was also fast and done in a timely matter."

"This product made upgrading my suspension very easy. For the 350Z I also installed adjustable upper control arms for the front and adjustable camber arms for the rear. I did not have to modify components to bring toe into spec for the front or rear. I am currently running this product with the factory equivalent dampening settings and am very pleased with the ride. "I found a complete DnDPerformance Steering Wheel setup: short hub, quick release, and wheel after searching for a couple weeks and decided to go ahead and order from Redline360. This was my first purchase with them.

After about 5 days I still had not received any information regarding shipping, so I emailed and within the hour received a response from a representative named Cherry. Cherry assured me that they were simply waiting on the supplier to restock and that it would take about 5 days before they received anything. I was in no rush and the response was quick and friendly so I decided to just have a little patience.

I emailed again after the 5 days for an update and again, within the hour, received a response, this time from Toni. I was once again impressed by the speed of the response. Toni had responded to my initial email, checked for my order, and emailed me again assuring that it will be shipping in 2 more days.

Edit: I would be remiss if I did not mention the current issues I am having. While their customer service is indeed spectacular, I am discovering they have issues regarding their own inventory. I understand that there can be variations in production time with suppliers, however, if your website says that a product is in stock, it should actually be in stock.

While your customer service representative's are fantastic, I must express my frustration with this. After waiting an initial 5 days, I was told 5 more days, then 2 more, and now 4 weeks. I cannot say whether I will be back after this nuisance.

Edit 2: I have completely cancelled my order and received a full refund. When I was told it would be 4 weeks for the hub, I requested that the hub be refunded and the rest of my items sent. This went through with no issues and again I was told that the items will be shipping within 2 days. I emailed in the evening of the second day asking about my shipping information and received a response in the morning stating that now it will be 4 weeks for the ENTIRE order.
Redline, your customer service is truly great, but I will not be back due to this. I literally received the exact hub I ordered from y'all but from a different company within 3 days of purchase. This entire situation could have been avoided if I had just been told from the beginning that it would be 4 weeks. "
