"I recently purchased a 5/16" high temp plenum spacer on 01/27/21 and a Vibrant Bottle Style Resonator on 02/10/21 for my 04 Fx35 from redline360. The shipping and delivery were both super fast. All questions I had were answered quickly by representative Matt, who I really appreciate for being so helpful and responsive! I have not yet installed the plenum spacer but I did install the vibrant resonator and its great. Its definitely quieter than the factory resonator at idle and honestly getting off the freeway and coming to a full stop it sounds like my vehicle isn't even on and I have a flowmaster dual exhaust muffler. Cold start is great, and when you accelerate you can hear the growl. The resonator makes the flowmaster exhaust a lot more throatier. Shipping is pretty quick and only takes about 3-5 days based on where I am from and on my experiences. If it’s going to take longer for example a made to order part, it is clearly noted on the product.

Quality
I think the quality of the parts is one of the most important aspects when online shopping. I hate when I buy a product that looks nothing like in the picture. But every time I’ve bought from here, the products and true to the pictures. The only thing I wish they’d be a little more descriptive on its parts as sometimes it’s very bland and I have to do further research in forums to make sure it’s the right part that fights my car. Not that it’s a huge deal but it would cut down on time searching for the right part.

Customer Service
In any situation where a product is damaged or just the wrong part, it’s very crucial to have a team that can take care of your problem as efficiently as possible. When I first ordered the NRG hub, in the mix of things the address was put in incorrectly from their part. The package was held at the shipping facility for 2 days which did **** so I had to reach out to them in order to find out what was going on. Dan reached out to me and got the situation fixed in a matter of hours which I was pleased to see how quickly things could get resolved. Once fixed, my package was delivered with no issue. This would be enough to turn the common online buyer away to never buying a product from that website again but I did give them another shot. A few months later I bought an exhaust and they reached out to me and thanked me for buying another product from them and they were happy to see me as a returning customer. I think it’s important to note that these issues do not happen often yet their service is ready to tackle any problem easily. I get emails from Redline thanking me for buying their products every time I purchase which makes it feel like they care for their consumers and don’t see them as a one-time-buyer. They invest their time and effort in order to keep us satisfied which is why they are one of the first websites I choose when buying parts.

Overall their service is great. Prices are great and you really get to see where your money is going. Products are spot on and customer service is ready to handle any issues that arise.
