I had purchased as set of K-Sport coil overs and after the install, I was having bottoming out issues. I got a hold of Dan, whoes a Redline 360 rep, and he helped me out through whole ordeal. From contacting. KSport tech and getting tips on how to to solve the issue. Needless to say ,my problem was fix. I know it seems like," well they did their job". Sure, but ive seen and worked with others that dont. And pass it the problem on to the next person. Needless to say, i highly recommend shopinh at Redline360. "I was not very happy that I received the wrong flares with the description stating it's for 14-19 Tundra crewmax or double cab. Only way to contact them is via email. Shoot them an email yesterday and have yet to hear from them. Most disappointed part is with the reviews I thought they would not make a simple mistake like this. Thinking I bought the right flares I have send the flares to the body shop to get it painted and was excited to get it back but turns out to be the wrong flares for my vehicle. Time and money wasted! "My wife and I ordered headlamps for our daughters car, after taking off her old ones the new ones were installed only to find out that one of the two was defective. Since they had to be returned as a set we had to take them off and put her old/ bad ones back on.
We returned the set within a matter of days, emailed the customer service department to inform them that the return was enroute and asked them to please confirm receipt and that our credit card had been credited. Three weeks later they had never contacted us even though we had received a confirmation from USPS saying it had been delivered and signed for...
After several attempts to raise anyone at Redline 360, sales, technical support, customer service (in an attempt to speak with any representative) and only receiving a recorded message, I sent an email to our original contact informing him that we had a confirmation email from USPS stating it was delivered and signed for and I asked about the status of our refund. After three days had elapsed and I didn't receive a reply, I sent another email where I asked if I needed to resort to contact the BBB and file a complaint and lo and behold I received confirmation the same day that our credit card had been credited. The thing was bear said the credit had been issued a week ago and an email sent to our daughters email but she checked her "in box" as well as her spam and she assured us she never received an email from them.
We cannot in good faith recommend this compny to anyone as their customer service and service after the sale is horrendous!"
