"I emailed the Redline360 customer support purposely to assure the $700+ suspension i wanted was in stock. Alex responded with a link to the website with the exact part i described in the email for the vehicle assigned assuring me it was in "stock" shipped through Fedex, to which i was weary about since they're garbage. A couple hours later, i purchased the Tein Flex Z Coilovers for an 02 Lexus gs and followed up with an email to Alex immediately after. I got a response saying the coilovers wont be processed until monday and shipped on tuesday, after i sent a payment asking if thats ok, not ok. He later describes that there were 2 sets, in stock that has since been sold before i purchased my set, describing the driver would have to pick up a new coilover set at Tein on monday and wouldn't be assured if he'd get back to ship the coilovers for Tuesday (Tein has a US shop in California, Redline360 is in California). Confused, unprepared for the bs-train, i requested they be shipped at a faster then standard rate for the inconvenience or requested my order cancelled, he refused to accomodate and cancelled describing me being in a rush, a slick way of not taking any blaim, garbage. Don't buy from theses websites since they cant be held accountable for they're actions and will intend for the consumer to get lost in the "corporate" chain of demands. These seller tactics are cheap, lazy and dishonest. "
"Well I am trying to get my order shippped and this guy Alex emailed me saying I have the wrong address that I wanted it to ship to, and so he said I have to change my address so they can ship my product and I did swich my address and there still not emailing me back on my order this is ridiculous "

"I Ordered 2 parts for my brothers Lexus. The 1st part came about 3 weeks from Order date but the 2nd part did not. I was upset that I wasn't told it was going to take so long and I had to keep sending emails about part status. I also was upset that after a month of ordering the parts when I emailed Alex about them he said it would be another 4 to 6 weeks for my parts to come in. These items should be marked Out Of Stock."

"I had ordered two shipments from redline and the first came within 2 days, however there was a mix up with the second being not received at the service to deliver it and gave them (redline360) an email. They responded almost immediately and got right on figuring out what happened. The representative Alex was very courteous and fast with addressing the problem and it was resolved in about 24 hrs total. It’s unfortunate that the mix up happened but I’m glad that I bought from a site that was professional and thorough with their customer support.
