I had planned to place an order, but there was an item I was interested in that was not listed on the site (thought it appeared they carried similar items by the same manufacturer). I reached out to them to check on the availability of the additional item, and I received an immediate answer to my request. I was also issued a direct invoice for the extra part, which made it very convenient for me to finish the checkout process (was not obligated to complete the checkout if I was satisfied with the price or other terms). Shipping for some of the components took an extra week, which was a bit unexpected, but I wasn't in urgent need of them, so it didn't cause me any significant trouble. "I ordered a exhaust system was told it would ship monday it did not nor was I notified as they guarantee they do nor was I sent a tracking nber I asked if I could pay for faster he said I was upgraded for free then it was sent ground anyways now I have to wait a full week when I asked to pay for faster shipping and was not giving amything in return highly dissatisfied with them and for not giving a discount on the item I ordered just said on future parts. Very poor customer service in my opinion. Was never given a discount on what I ordered I shouldn't have to order more four them to make it right on what they messed up "
