"My experience with red line started with finding Ksport coilover for my car. After purchasing the product and funds was taking out of my account it turned bad. I waited days for my parts to be shipped and never was. I got tired of waiting so I did what anybody would do and I emailed them. There was a issue with my billing and shipping address not matching "which is impossible" it's always been the same so they wouldn't shop my parts but they took the funds out of my account. I emailed them for a phone number to quickly handle the process and they refused to talk to me by phone of even give me a phone number. I then asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. Which they agreed and promised my funds will be available the next day. Well it's beemweeks and my money still has not come through. I contacted them again and they said it was out of their hands. Now I'm having to file a dispute against the charge on my account . Worst experience ever. Worst customer service ever and this was for a purchase over $800."

"I needed a new radiator for my Hummer H3 and I knew exactly what I wanted (CSF Racing #7061). The radiator is available from several online merchants, but no one could give me a definitive answer about whether it was in stock, when it would be available or where it would ship from, I came across RedLine360 from a google search and reached out to their sales department (****@****) within hours I received a reply from Alex who answered all of my questions and worked with me to make sure that unit was shipped to an address different from my billing address. Over the span of a few hours and a dozen emails, Alex answered all of my questions and managed the entire process beautifully. He emailed me an invoice which I could complete directly without jumping through a ton of hoops, and got the unit shipped THE SAME DAY!

"It took them half a week just confirm my order, then they only sent me one of my tracking numbers. One of my items have arrived and the other one is somewhere across the US from a different center. So I'm going to be at 3 -4 weeks for their delivery to actually all arrive which is crap because the original shipping time quote was 5 days. Bad communication and sloppy shipping coordination. Will not be buying from them again. Regardless if they were 5$ cheaper than everyone else. This crap is why. "

"This was my first purchase through Redline360. I believe I heard their name on a YouTube video at some point (likely while researching the product). Anyhow, I went to their website and checked out their foferings, and they had what I was looking for at the best price I had found.

I placed my order shortly after 7am... I received my confirmation shortly thereafter, as well as a message from Alex that he would be handling my order persoally. A few hours later, I received another email letting me know that my order had already shipped and tracking was available! It was out the door the same day... fantastic!!

I actually emailed Alex to let him know that I was incredibly pleased with the speed of the transaction, as well as the personal care of my account. I wasnt sure that I would hear anything back, as most of these emails from companies are system generated. Nope! Alex emaileed me back moments later; he was very gracious and again extended his assistance with anything that I may need.

I received my package today... it was in perfect condition; products are as described. I cant wait to get everything installed. Shipping was a little slower than I like... its tough to keep patience in the days of Amazon Prime... but by no means was it out of line. It was a heavy, somewhat oversized package, and shipping was free. So, it wasn't the fastest, but by no means complaint-worthy. I dock the shipping one star on speed (5 business days).

I can say with certainty that after this experience with Redline360, they have made a return customer out of me. If I need something for my car, I will contact them first. Top notch customer care.

"I recently placed an order through Redline360 and like an idiot I never fully reviewed my order before I clicked "SUBMIT"... Long story short, I am in the military and didn't realize that I placed the order to my billing address and not where I currently live (billing address is in a completely different area of the country).. I tried contacting Redline through their given telephone number but couldn't not get through, I believe it is just a voicemail that directs you to contact them via email. I sent an email thinking I would just be ignored and that it was a computer system that directed you to a junk email account.. I was wrong again, within a few short hours, Alex contacted me via email and told me that my order had been updated and was now being redirected to my correct shipping address. A few days later the package was delivered to my house with everything included and ZERO missing items. I will definitely be ordering more parts through this company. "

"I ordered these headers expecting just a basic straight forward header but in all honesty the quality exceeded my expectations. The welds look gorgeous, the polished stainless steel looks gorgeous, and it fit my '92 Miata perfect with no issues and lined up perfectly with the rest of my exhaust. 10/10 recommend!"
