American Buyers Cannot Buy From Redwolf - Zero Customer Service

"Redwolf Ruins Christmas!. Purchased an airsoft gun for my son for Christmas. Out of the box, it did not work. I reached out to their customer service. They asked for videos (because they are half way around the world), and after I provided proof that the gun didn't work, they ghosted me. I'm out the cash, and there appears to be no refund opportunity. Do not fall victim to my situation. Find someone else to purchase from because if your gun is defective, you have Zero opportunity of getting a refund. The WORST!"

i dont recommend this shop

"very poor experience bought prowin hop chamber since december 2020 never reached me, giving reasons they cant sent via post office truely unacceptable reason, i am receiving items from china ali express and had no problem reaching here.but for them its like they dont have the item or doesnt want to give my item, acting like a scammer!!!!"

Slow shipping, lack of customer service

"I ordered my stuff a weeek ago, so far although theirs a tracking number the package still sais, shipping label made .. very slow and it took them 4 days after the order to provide that,,,???????"

No customer service for faulty products.

"Bought a red-dot paid over 100 dollar and found the unit was faulty, the red sign can not be adjusted vertically.

Sent several emails to Redwolf customer service, got responds few days later and ask to shot a video through the sign to approve this was a faulty product. I did as they asked and sent the video wait few days, and guess what, they asked me to shot another video outside with 'longer range'.

I replied email asked for refund or replacement for this faulty product, and happy to ship back to them if they have any concerns. However since them I get no reply at all.

So if you bought something is faulty from them, good luck!

Carries stuff that nobody else does

"They carry many brands that are hard to find in the UK or many websites for that matter. They also have a pretty impressive selection of parts - which frankly i am not even sure what some of them are for.

I was looking for the strongest piston for my upgraded rifle and found the Bull Gear piston, which nobody else seems to carry. I was originally going to get the Deep fire titanium one but redwolf recommended this one instead and boy were they right. Got here in 3 days after ordering online! Well, actually it was 2 days with the time difference. This piston is so hard that I can't even modify it with my filing tools!

Sales guys seem knowledgeable and i love their informative videos on youtube - i watch every single one of them. Prices are very good too even when you factor in the shipping from their warehouse in asia, still beats prices locally from almost all shops that I compared with.

Redwolf is the only place i would ever shop.

"Ordered a TM VSR10 on 8/21/15 (Friday, they are closed on weekends) I received my order in the USA today. so kudos to RW for the lightning fast shipping speed. Though for $55 US you hope it gets to you quickly. In the US they have to ship with the orange tip, though if I recall, they were suppose to ship with the original tip as well. I did not received the original tip. Thats about the only gripe I have. I will order from them again BUT I want the original tip."

"i've purchased a WX Valor and also sent 2 enquiries to redwolf airsoft and my emails were replied almost immidiately. I recieved the item 2 days after payment and i cant say if theres a faster service than redwolf airsoft. very impressive and will definitely recommend to others. many thanks

"I have ordered from Redwolf Airsoft twice.

Their customer support is great! I have contacted them multiple times and they would respond very quickly (usually less than 24 hours).

Once I received a broken magazine from a pistol so I contacted them. They asked me for pictures and soon after that they sent me a replacement.

Other than that, their store features a large variety of products. I find that their is lots to choose from.

Overall, I think their store is great and I am planning to order from them again in the near future. I am really surprised to see that there are so many negative reviews! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

"Incredible !! I have never ordered from outside the U.S. But Redwolf had THE BEST selection! I ordered the Tanaka 6.5" 44 mag and after reading about the trademark removals, shipping hold-ups with customs I was worried. I just received my order, exactly 7 days from order to door and the gun arrived pristine! Not a mark on the gun..... No tape, no rubber tar on the markings -nothing! It is perfect and I am thrilled to know I can order from them as easy as if they were in the states ! LOVE this retailer! "

"I bought a Ares M110 SASS rifle, after shipping it was ran me over $673. It doesnt shoot.. not even once. They dont answer emails promptly. When you try submitting a query through the contact us section of the site you get an automated email response saying someone will contact you & very soon; and in the meantime you can check this ticket no. at this site...which turns out to be this obscure graveyard of lost queries from over a year ago. Its been over a week. So here I am with this 600 piece of wall art, smh."
