I'm someone who's pretty careful when making a big purchase like this and they really helped me build something I needed. Everything was customizable which was super useful, I needed more RAM and it was super easy to upgrade it on the site. Shipping took a bit long, but it arrived in perfect condition."
"I had no issues receiving the laptop, that all worked fine (though, it did take far longer to receive the notebook than I was expecting).
However, I had the misfortune of having to RMA my laptop and made the mistake of going through the reseller (as I couldn't go through the Sager website since the Serial Number on the bottom of the laptop wasn't being recognized by the Sager site).
For weeks (at least two), the reseller either didn't initiate my RMA request. When the paperwork/instructions for the RMA were finally approved and I received them, I shipped my laptop to Sager for the repair.
After a month without hearing from anyone about the status of my laptop repair, I contacted Sager asking for an update on my RMA only to learn that two weeks prior to my contacting them, they had reached out to the reseller asking them to contact me regarding processing a customs fee (the laptop was shipped from Canada) and the reseller DIDN'T RELAY THE MESSAGE. And this was already after I raised a stink with the reseller for how long it took them to process my initial request in the first place.
Absolutely abysmal customer service."
"Had no issues getting my Sager NP1853-S laptop a couple years ago, everything was going well until I started having issues with it. I tried to contact their support several times without a response. I tried calling their sales line and was told to email my issue and wait for a response. After about two weeks of emails with no response I was forced to contact Sager themselves which was able to aid me. I know Xotic PC has amazing technical support, I will be ordering my laptops from them in the future. "
"For starters, I purchased the Sager NP6873. I choose to go without any warranty and any storage (if you aren't aware the laptop has an M.2 SATA 2280 slot and a regular slot for a laptop hard drive/SSD). As I planned to add my own storage once the laptop arrived. After purchasing the laptop I realized the network card I selected Intel 8265 was more expensive and older/slower then the Intel 9260. I contacted Reflex Notebooks immediately to get this resolved on there Facebook page. They upgraded me to the Intel 9560 instead (which is even better then the Intel 9260). But they didn't stop there. Someone (not sure if it was the build team in California or Reflex Notebooks themselves) when I opened the laptop to add the M.2 SSD and hard drive that I originally choose to not purchase from them, already had a 128GB M.2 SSD as well as 1TB hard drive installed. My packaged also arrived a day before it was expected to.
The only complaint I have is there email address, I have never received any reply back from my emails I've sent to them. Like trying to use the student discount option. Also the cash option (saving 2% if you paid with one of the "cash options" listed) does not appear to be available."
"I don't normally post reviews but I've had to after my very bad experience with this online reseller.
1.5 years ago I've purchased a very expensive Sager laptop from these guys. It worked fine up until a few weeks ago and then it stopped. When initially buying the laptop, I've purchased a 3 year warranty package for the laptop due to its cost.
I've gotten in touch with their tech. support who initially seemed to be professional / caring. 2 weeks in and very little communication later, they haven't even managed to come up with an RMA number to send the laptop back to Sager (another crap company I'd avoid buying their products due to terrible customer service). I've expressed my frustration at the snail pace it was taking to deal with them, especially since I needed the laptop fixed asap. Another 2 weeks have passed and they haven't even bothered to respond to my last email. Basically, I'm left with a 3 year warranty that I can wipe my **** with.
I've since found out from a local repair company that my motherboard is the part that has failed = expensive! Since I cannot wait 6-12 months until these bozos repair (if at all) my laptop, I've had to fix it on my own dime.
I strongly suggest that you AVOID Reflex Notebook at all cost. Tech support for computers and having a good warranty are crucial when buying an expensive laptop because sooner or later the laptop/desktop will have problems. But what good is a warranty if you can never even activate it when companies like Reflex Notebook / Sager don't give a $*** about its customers apart from taking their money at the time of sale?!
STAY CLEAR and avoid the grief / worthless warranty from Reflex Notebook!!! They've lost my business forever and the $$$$ dollars that comes with that."

"Ordered on 8/15/14 needed to call back so they would then mysteriously start looking into my order. They seemed really nice about it and all but their time estimation was way off. The payment went on 8/18/14 and it was supposed to take about 14 days for everything, but only received the notebook on 9/10/14. The employees are nice and all but don't seem to control much about anything had to call several times to know what was going on at all. The product was all in A+ condition but beware make sure you have more time on your hands and are not in a hurry."

J'ai vraiment aimé le service, rapide et impeccable. Ils m'ont contacté aussitôt qu'il y avait un problème avec ma commande et le tout fut réglé sur le champ. J'ai reçu mon laptop 3 semaines après l'avoir commandé, mais je crois que le temps d'attente est dû à SAGER et non RN. La batterie supplémentaire commandée était dans la boîte avec tous les accessoires nécessaires. Point interessant pour les Canadiens, ils payent les frais de douanes!
