"When order was placed they told me it would ship on Monday. When we got on the site it said they wouldn't ship until Tues. Needed the breaker before Friday and we didn't get it until Friday afternoon, which was too late to install.

"My overall experience with Relectric was pretty poor. I placed my order on the phone with the residential department and was told that it would be shipped the next day and that I'd receive an email the following day. I didn't receive an email and I called 5 days later just to make sure it shipped. The rep at first couldn't find the order, and then once he found it, said it wasn't processed. He kept making excuses about their computer system, phone system, etc. He also told me that right after he took my order, he went on vacation and was relying on his coworkers to make sure the order went through. Major fail on all counts. In addition, even after I was told the order shipped, I couldn't track the order number on their site, even though I had a valid order number. Again, they blamed this on their computer system. In short, I will NOT deal with this company again. "
"It is a rare thing to find outstanding customer service on the internet. Some how the expectations associated with running a business get deminished on the web. We recently found ourselves in a perdicament that required everyone involved to step up and make things happen. Suni Rose whent out of her way to help coordinate getting our item pulled and shipped to insure we had minimal interuption in our business.
