"I enjoy the flexibility that RemoteLearning.school offers. You can choose between various types of memberships like either use monthly membership or just go for the lifetime membership. There are lots of extra classess offered and the child can choose which ones he oves. For example for second language they can choose Chinese, Korean, French, etc. Many modules are not offerred in regular school or even in other online programs. Classes can be taken on their own schedule so no pressure there. They also have music instrument classes included in the membereship which saves us money so we can spend less on private tutors. For example my son is learning to learn guitar. They also have many other special interest classes such as Entrepreneurship which my other son likes maybe he will be a young CEO when he grows up.

We used RemoteLearning School while we moved across the country, until we could get my 4th grade daughter into the local school. We were very impressed! Lessons are fun and explain things very well, and the subject matter was always on point. When we finally enrolled my daughter in local school, she nailed her math placement exam, and slid into science and social studies right where she had left off with RemoteLearningSchool Thank you for making this transition in states and schools so much better. Even while in public school, we plan to keep using RLS for more classes and so that she always stays ahead of the curve"

"One of the reasons I had my son join the Remote Learning School is that they have various competitions throughout the year. But in this review I am giving 1-star because my son won 2nd place in RemoteLearningSchool's annual science fair, but I strongly feel he should have gotten 1st place. He spent tons of time on that project.

My son's project was titled "A Smart Device to Detect Potholes on the Road Using Machine Learning" and as I mentioned it only was awarded second place. The 1st place was given to a project titled "The Effect Of Magnetism On The Growth of Pea Plants" and while it was a good project, but I feel my son's work was better. I mean, solving the problem of potholes is a lot more practical than analyzing the effect of magnetism on some pea plants. Because potholes effect us every day and a project such as my son's can actually contribute to people's way of life, while on the other hand not that many people care about pea plants.

I tried submitting an appea, but was told that the judges decision is final. The next contest they are running is the Halloween costume contest, but my son is less interested in that since he likes science better."

"My boy does not do well at school because of severe anxiety and OCD. The Remote learning school made all that anxiety go away. It is such a user-friendly site for both kids and parents. I am so happy that my boy has the option to replay instructions and go back to lessons when he needs the extra support. This was a challenge for him in public school settings.

But later we were recommended the remote learning school by another parent in our son's school. We love this program! It works for us. We do it at our pace. Some days are better than others for him, and that’s ok because of how it is set up. Neither of us are overwhelmed, and we just have fun! I recommend the Remote learning school to use as a booster for normal School, as they will learn a lot more without being overwhelmed."

"The Remote Learning School was a lifesaver for my son and I. We started 7th grade last year as remote learners due to Covid and even after several zoom meetings in how it was all supposed to work we got a couple weeks behind due to assignments being placed differently by some teachers and we never could get caught up. School email address: Each child gets 100 mb of storage. Not a lot if they send lots of videos etc but should be enough for education and communicating with relatives etc. Has parental controls.

School ID - Every kid gets a school ID. This is a digital school ID but you can also print it as well as use it for discounts on software and more, both online and offline.

JuniorFolio - This is where varous achievements and certificates are stored so you can showcase their accomplishments and be proud.

Press ID - if the student decides to write for the school magazine they get a cool press ID

Classes - there are tons of subjects. Classes are pre-recorded and can be taken by the student at any time.

Membership fees - You can choose monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annual or lifetime. Lifetime is probably the best value. Also covers the entire family/household so you dont have to buy membership for every kid in the family which saves a lot of money.

Registration - everything is done online and through email so very conveniten

Customer service - you can ask them anything through email or through their facebook page and they usually reply very fast though sometimes during a busy school week there can be a delay in reponse
