"Fantastic service! I made my order after the Christmas shipping deadline so there was some delay. However, when I became concerned that it hadn't arrived I sent Renchi Customer Services an email.

Customer Services were extremely polite and very reassuring. They stated that they expected my order to arrive the same week I'd emailed them. And by Joe where they right! It arrived 4 days later but even if it hadn't I was left feeling confident that Renchi would persue it further.

As a monster hunter fan, i pre ordered 1 copy of MHP3 priced at $50 (cheapest price from any online retail site), however my brother decided that he wanted 1 more copy. So i emailed Renchi to add an extra copy, in which they dealt with the situation professionally and fast. It only took 3 days from the release date to get to my house (UK) with express shipping!!!!

"I was ordering Uncharted 1- Drake's Fortune with Renchi. The picture showed on the site was a black label version. I went on and ask ****@**** whether it is black label, and they told me is black label version alright.

Nonetheless, when i received the item 8 days later, it was the best version. i sent a complaint to ****@**** and they realized they made a mistake there, they worked out a solution and offered me return the game for full refund, or keep the game for partial refund. i do want the game, and i accepted partial refund. the refund process takes only few days.

True to be told, this is the first time i encounter delivered item with wrong description and i think, when you choose your seller right, it does not have to be a bad experience after all. their service is certainly top notch."

"Well it's a quite long story and a good one at the end. I've ordered the HORI VLX Arcade pro XBOX360. The item is near 5kg for near 1 meter lenght, pretty big and expensive. The shipment was done by UPS near September 2nd, but unfortunately, the UPS Cargo airplane crashed in Dubai on September 3rd, item destroyed and sadly the 2 pilots died.

It took near 2 weeks to solve all the problems and that was really fast for this kind of issue.

Renchi and UPS made a quite good work and refunded me a new item without further more money to add and sent it via DHL.

Anyway, I've received the new unit and it works perfectly.

"BUYER BEWARE! As of his writing, Renchi has shipped me a broken PSP and has refused to provide a refund. They stated they would pay the return shipping and are now hedging on that. They have been VERY slow to respond to e-mails, and list no number to call or speak to someone in English. I have been told I will now have to wait another two weeks before a new shipment will be made fro the original order, which means it will take over a month to receive the order. The online ad also does not tell you that you will not get a US version unit, so your manual will not be in English and our charge adapter will not work either. Renchi has offered a different package, which includes a $10.99 game valued at $20 less than the one in the package, provided the get out of the $35 return shippimng charge. you would thin k they would be embarrassed and want to next day air the package with an additional game AND pay the return shipping for the mess they created. Very, very disappointed so far, and will report back if anything changes. Am not looking forward to completing an international claim, but it sounds like this is what I will have to do. My daughter's birthday is approaching fast and I am stuck because of their complete lack of quality control and poor customer care. Do not make this mistake or you will regret it!"

"Ok let me just say that shipping is really really fast! I had registered airmail and I was so surprised that my package came within 5 days.

The only negative thing was that they did not send me the correct item that I had ordered. (Things just happen so its understandable.) I sent an email to their customer service and they got the correct item sent to me within another 5 days. How awesome is that?

Their customer service is really friendly and they respond to you in one or two days, which is pretty fast. The only thing is that their business hours are only from Mondays - Fridays.

Anyways, I would like to say that it's always a risk to buy products internationally, but Renchi's products and website is great!
