Can’t comment on quality of parts…since I didn’t get it or know when it’s coming! Just want someone/some kind of interaction after they took my payment!! Also held up my order for 2 weeks due to a $2.50 bolt! Never informed me of the delay, had to go through numerous phone calls and reaching out on their social media sites to finally get a response. Finally told them to send the rest of the parts minus the one bolt…I’ve been waiting for over a month!!"

"After getting the wrong part from autoZone…then receiving the wrong size after special ordering through a local Nissan store….i was at my wits end. I had no choice but to turn to the internet. It istill took me a few days before finally finding Renaissance Nissan and oh Boy,…am i glad i did. Not only were they about $50 cheaper they were able to ship it that day. They were excellent about communicating a small issue they had with shipping but the fact that they messaged me to let me know about it …rather than take an extra day or two which didn’t even matter in the long run as the part came a day earlier than anticipated. Customer Service seems nonexistent these days so I am forever grateful when i do have a good experience u. Thank you si very much Renaissance Nissan..,I will be back ☺️"
