"Was very pleased to chat with a service rep located in Fremont California. He walked me through the process to connect online and he then took over to correct my printer problem. The effort saved me time and money taking the machine to a repair facility or having to potentially replace the machine all together. the whole process was done in less than 5 minutes and the machine is working like new. Amazing to be able to fix this via the internet!"

"I know the tech worked very hard, however the computer although apparently free from malware is still exceptionally slow. Also Explorer EXE appears to be a problem, it does not allow the computer to shut down completely. Shutting down is also a slow process. I would like to know if Malwarebytes pro handles viruses because if it doesn't I will have to download a virus program. I ran a full scan on windows which took over 7 hours. Windows did not find any errors but it is not meant to substitute for a virus protector. Please advise. Thank you Carol Rodiguez"

One question: When the one step maintenance is opened I cannot do the maintenance, a purchase ad shows up. In fact when I try to open any of the Tune up icons all I get is the ad to purchase the Tune up program."
