"My technician was great, he did everything well, and the online customer support people were good and thorough, however some of the people behind the scenes have been a problem with communicating, I had an appointment for Sunday with a 4pm to 6pm window, however no one came, then I contacted customer to find out that no one was coming, rather then them reaching out to me, also I was charged full price plus my down payment due to no one communicating to the technician that I already paid a down payment so I was charged for both "

Super convenient not having to drop the car off at the shop and then having to pick it up when completed.

"The mechanic arrived right around 8 o'clock this morning which was really awesome ,and he got right to work he thinks he found the problem After doing some diagnostics with my own shop manuals he thinks he Found the problem ,It's a vacuum leak but he's coming back tomorrow to make sure because the equipment that he needs is not on the truck for some reason and do the vacuum test just to make sure ! So the next day i get a text telling me the tech will be there between 10 and 12 . Which by the way was not the same tech. I get another text telling me he's running late finally gets here at 2pm i ask him if he's here to do the vacuum and smoke test he tells me that what the notes say he was smug arrogant which I won't put up with then proceeds to get his ladder out and just climbs on my truck without even asking if I wanted to cover the front up before climbing into my engine bay area I tell him that I had some components change he then tells me that his not suppose to even work on my truck which by the way I informed the 1st tech and he never said a word . So I'm getting a little mad and I told him we'll maybe you shouldn't work on it then so he tells me no it's okay I'll just take a look. I told him know what I don't think I want you working on my truck , he tells me there is no need to get an attitude so after we argue for a little bit i said get off my truck get your S@$t and get off my property you smug arrogant punk so when he climbs down of my truck he steps right on my light bar and dislodges it I tell him just leave now he was very unprofessional with a chip on his shoulder .I do not recommend this company for their service !"
