"Had alternator replaced Thursday and the technician didn’t correctly connect the car’s computer connection to the new alternator. The car stalled on 290. Fortunately, I had AAA and was able to safely return home. AutoNation Mobile Service’s warranty was very legit. Around 8am the next day, Waylan came to check and replace the new alternator. He discovered the connection issue, and once connected the alternator began producing 14v instead of 6v. The car is working perfectly, and Waylan took time to discuss the situation with me. He was awesome, and I’m pleased to say the warranty is real and resolved my issue completely. "
