The mechanic contacted their manager and the company approved the work without charging for the additional service when they learned that the client's repair was being paid for by a workforce development program. They wanted to help meet the client's need without causing any additional financial hardship. They provided a very detailed vehicle health report with photos. I would absolutely utilize this company's services again in the future. "

The diagnostic fee is a little high but the amount of time and stress I was able to save by having someone come out same day, and have my vehicle fixed the next, was not something I expected to happen.
