"Ordered my contacts 11/29/2012, its 1/9/2013 and I have not received them. Was told twice that they will be here Monday two weeks in a row. The first week one of the customer service guys even tried to convince me that it had been sent out but for some strange reason I just hadn't received them and that they have an extra pair of my severe astigatism custom contacts in stock and they will send those out asap. Ha! Called again today to get my money back after givng a 2 day grace period and now they tell me they will be here tomorrow! Sad to say I doubt it. UPDATE: Received my contacts yesterday, very satisfied with the quality and appreciative of the concern and apologies from the company as well as a partial discount due to the delay by the manufacturer, only advice is not to order around the holidays. I think I will be returning with my service!"
"HONESTLY YOU’RE WONDERFUL. I was concerned since I ordered these on line for the first time. My son’s script is up in Feb and as soon as I get a new one for him will send thru to your company . This was a breeze thank you so much for making this a simple and easy process for your new customers. Customer service has been very helpful and polite with me on how to order my contact lenses online. I appreciate it! I must say that I am surprised (shocked, actually) to receive my order so quickly, and the correct one at that.

"Very disappointed with the customer service pertaining to my order. I placed an order for contacts and received them quick, which was great. My doctor didn't have samples of my prescription, so I wasn't able to try them before buying. I purchased a whole years worth of contacts. After wearing them for about 2 weeks I knew the prescription wasn't correct. I went back to my eye doctor and they changed my prescription. I contacted ReplaceMyContacts to see if they would work with me on returning the unused contacts and they were not willing to do anything because I had already cut the UPC code off for the rebate.
I am very disappointed with the customer service. There is absolutely no benefit to ordering from this company if they are not willing to do anything. I am better off paying extra and ordering through my eye doctor. I would have been happy with a $40 credit to order to correct prescription. Instead, i'm going back to my eye doctor and will pay full price. Lesson learned. "

I purchased 4 boxes of Air Optix Toric, and upon receiving them double checked the prescription which was correct. Comparing the lenses I received from ReplaceMyContacts to those given to me by my optometrist have shown a vast difference! The purchased ones don't look anything like what they should, the scribe marks are fainter and the tint less strong. It performs noticeably worse, I don't know if it's a defect in manufacturing or if these are lenses not made for the US."
"I had previously written a bad review of this company, shortly after that review, I finally received emails and a phone call. It seems that the company is trying to make things right and I may have been hasty in my review, time will tell. It was the fact that I had received no confirmation of my order until after I left the poor review that had me scared. So I do up my rating for the fact that they did have concern about the issue."
"Ordered contacts before from them with no problem. Ordered my daughter's contacts on Sept. 12, money was debited on Sept. 13 from my account. Received email stating I sent in eyeglass rx and they needed contact Rx on Sept 13. Called AND emailed & told them I sent them same Rx that they had taken before for her contacts. Customer service rep was rude, said Rx was expired, even though date says expiration of December 10, 2012. Finally said they would put order through. Yesterday, on Sept. 20, I called and they still haven't shipped. Now they said they WOULD NOT until new Rx was received and that contact Rx's are only good for 1 year, even though they sent me an order in February which would mean the so called expired Rx didn't matter then. Called her doctor, where the office said "no problem, come get a box here" and her appointment is next month. Called RMC and told them to cancel order and refund my money immediately. Still haven't received refund and it's not even pending in bank account. Customer service rep was extremely rude. Took forever on hold to get someone to talk to. Never, ever again will I order from them, no matter the price!!! "
"This was my first and last time I order from here. It took them 2 business days for me to find out my RX could not be verified. Then I was told I would get them in 6 to 7 business days. 5 business days after I put my order in I get an email that I would have to wait another 6 to 7 business day for them to get my contacts in and then 5 more business day for me to get them. I waited on the phone for more the an hour to talk to someone and my call was never answered. The company is a joke….I made a BIG mistake recommending people to this place. I would in costumer services and I see and speck to a lot of people. I will make sure to spread the word about this horrible experience. "

I called expecting there to be a hassle to replace them, but the lady I talked to was very friendly and when I explained the problem said she would send out replacements right away. This is the best customer service I have received from any company in a long time."
"I ordered 4 Bausch & Lomb boxes, largely due to the advertised Bausch & Lomb rebate of $70. I submitted all the information on line and then sent in the receipt and rebate application and doctor exam invoice on 10-7-11. After still not having received the rebate, I called and spoke to B&L who say they don't have record of my rebate correspondence. They asked if I kept copies, which I did, but then said, Oh, it is too late so you now don't qualify. They attributed it to lost mail. In any case, I don't believe this is fair and pending further resolution will express my extreme discontent through every internet review venue I can find.

"Great prices! All I had to do was send in a copy of my prescription and they shipped the same day, no hassle with my doctor (who didn't like that I was getting the lenses elsewhere). I had called first to make sure they were in stock and they actually were! I wear a pretty high power that my doctor doesn't even have on hand and I was impressed that they had it in stock to ship out right away. Shipping..shipping was free AND faster than the 5-7 days it stated, but then again I am on the east coast, and it said it shipped from Pennsylvania. I will definately be using these guys again."
"I purchased 2 boxes of contacts from replacemycontacts.com. Immediately I noticed that these contacts were bothering my eyes, as though there was something on them. I tried to wear them anyway, but all of them scratched my eyes. This is a brand of lens I've worn for years with no issues, so I called RMC and they sent me 6 replacement lenses. All 6 of these lenses were also defective. Thus far, I've opened 14 lenses and 2 of them have been fine. The other 12 - not fine.
I called RMC to either try once more at replacement, or refunding the defective ones. They told me that they can only refund lenses that are unopened. Um... I ask you, how am I to know whether or not a lens is defective without opening it? They keep telling me that they order the lenses from the plant and that it's the same as ordering from your optometrist. Perhaps it's just coincidental that almost all the lenses from a random internet site are defective (and that I've never had this problem with lenses purchased through my optometrist - same brand of lens), but since this is a manufacturing defect I expect them to take them back. (I saved the lenses for examination - they don't want them.)
I also fell asleep one night in my lenses and woke up with a major virus in my left eye (basically, pink eye), which has never happened to me in my life. And I've fallen asleep in my contact lenses more than once. Another coincidence? Um... I guess. The doctor is guessing that, because these lenses were irritating my eyes in the first place, it created a perfect environment for this to happen. *shrug*"
"I ordered contact lenses yesterday to be delivered today via UPS. Around 3:30 today, I wanted to track the shipment so I called replacemycontacts -- it turns out that the lenses had not even shipped. Chalk it up to a one-off mistake? Nope. This has happened to me once before -- I ordered for overnight delivery, and when I called the next day to ask for tracking, I was told that no shipment had been made, and that it was probably because the person who would have handled the order was "out." I cancelled yesterday's order. They do not deserve to profit while neglecting shipping promises. They just don't seem to care. They gave no apologies. If you want your contacts delivered on time, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. There are dozens of other sellers for similar prices."
