"I placed an order on June 12 and it did not ship out until June 22. How can it possibly take them 10 DAYS to process an order for just 4 boxes of basic, common brand, low prescription level contacts. I chose the free shipping, which is supposed to take another 7-10 postal days on top of that, but had only initially chosen that thinking the company would be capable of shipping the order in a reasonable amount of time. I should have just paid the extra few dollars to go with their competitor."
"i placed my order june 2, 2011 and haven't receive my contacts yet! i checked the status yesterday (june 8) and it says there in warehouse for shipping, i checked again this morning, still the same status! im trying to get to their website just now to check again but i couldn't access their wbesite!!!
june 10 called the customer service and found out that my lens is not currently in stock!!!! and they said they sent me an email on tuesday informing me of the situation BUT i never received any! I had to cancel my order! Yes they have cheap price but you get all this trouble!!!!! "

"I ordered my lenses from Canada, and chose the free shipping option.
After two weeks, I called them to track my order. The girl at the phone told me I would have to pay extra shipping fees since I was ordering from outside US (What if I had never called... ?), between 10 and 30$.
Nothing in the formular mentionned these fees. She seemed quite happy to cancel my order.
Do not buy from international. Very unprofessional."
"I did a bit of looking around before I ordered my contacts. My prescription requires spending a bit more money but some of the prices were high. I ordered from replacemycontacts and it was by FAR the best priced by as much at $25! I also thought it was extremely convient that I could email my RX to them, so there wasn't this waiting for my eye doctor to get to it (the only thing I would suggest is maybe a conformation email that they recieved my prescription because I wasn't sure). I ordered on a Monday and got my lenses Friday! I will be ordering from here ONLY from now on!"
