horrible company

"run away from this place, go anywhere else. Do not back there product, say easy returns and far from it. Used one and had issues, fine order a different style and never used it but could tell It was not going to be comfortable and asked about exchanging. They replay you get one exchange, BS!!!! Never used the item, plenty other places to get CPAP products, do yourself a favor and go there"

Fast international shipping

"Great experience, fast international shipping, and great price.
I live in Italy where the Philips NightBalance is retailed for €800 (around $900). I was able to get it on Respshop for around $400, and even by adding international shipping + customs, I was able to save $400.
It took 1 week exactly from when I ordered it to when I received it, happy with it!

Return my CPAP machine no refund

"I emailed them to see if my CPAP machine was able to be returned at first they said no that I was not able to and then I was misled by another email that said I was able to. Long story short I was never refunded my money for the CPAP machine."

NO REFUNDS!

"Shipping was fast.
Unfortunately, they will not refund you, at all, for returning a mask. They will only do store credit. I recommend theCPAPshop.com over Respshop because theCPAPshop will refund you.

Absolutely unreliable!

"I ordered a mask from them. I used their sizing guide. I was surprised when it showed that I needed a large. I checked and rechecked the guide. I ordered the large even though I have never worn a large mask. When it came, it looked big. I measured it, and it seemed to correspond to the distance between the bridge of my nose and my chin. So I opened it and tried it on. It was huge! No amount of adjusting could have made it fit. I called the Respshop and asked if I could return it FOR A REFUND even though I had opened it. They told me that I could, and that my money would be refunded within 5 days of the receipt of the returned mask.
Someone from the Respshop called me asking questions about what kind of mask I wanted, a nasal or a full-face. I told them that I use both, but that I was not interested in any equipment from them since their sizing guide was so off. The woman continued to press me for answers to her questions. I told her I needed to take another call (which was true.) But I really wasn't interested in speaking further with her since she was being intrusive with her demands for answers.
Then I found out that they had given me a STORE CREDIT rather than a refund, as I was assured. I emailed them about this. They did not address my question as to why they gave me this useless store credit when I was assured a refund. The person who answered my email wrote that they had tried to call me and I was not interested in speaking with them. They conjectured that I had actually wanted a nasal mask instead of the full-face mask I ordered. I guess this was an attempt to explain why the mask was so large.
I wrote them back asking why they had not answered my inquiry about the store credit. I told them that I had used a CPAP for decades. I assured them that I knew the difference between a nasal mask and a full-face mask. I asked them to please not insult my intelligence further and answer my query about the missing refund. They did not answer my question, and I have still not been given a refund.

LOUSY PRODUCT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

"I ordered a jell mask -- it was crap! I sent a inquiry to them-- no response and by the time I would have sent it back and got partial credit minus shipping it wasn't worth my time.. Never again with this company!!!! "
