Very little to complain about

" had the pleasure of working with this supplier. As someone who recently started my own business in the food industry, I was very appreciative of their help and patience in helping me find the appropriate restaurant furniture for my venue. I did, however, encounter some technical issues with the live chat but the salesperson I worked with was very professional and oversaw that my items were delivered promptly and unscathed. Cannot disagree more with reviews below

"I actually saw the reviews below months after I received my order because I had to Google the business name to re-order some tables. We opened up a rustic looking bar in Miami last year and this company did a great job. We ordered a lot of booths and some industrial style seating. We repeatedly get great feedback about the furniture and extremely happy."

Company is a fraud. Run away. Don't walk

"Zero communication once order is made and charged. Dilivery "estimates" are bald face lies. Offer excuse after excuse—equipment failure, power outage.... This company should be shut down. "

Would rather shot myself in the leg than deal with company again.

"I am not one for reviews but this company was not only unprofessional, uninformative, but the fact that they Over-Promise and then have the audacity to under deliver is beyond me. After a month after ordering 12 patio tables i was told that it would be shipped on the second of June. I called back on the 15th of June to check on the order and the female customer service rep let me know that someone would contact me by the end of the day. NO CALL, shocker. Called back today only to find out that the order was still not ready. Needless to say i asked for a refund, but when i questioned the customer service gentleman over the phone about their practices in regards to notifying customers of any issues with orders he could not give me a straight answer. Well this review has gone longer than I would have liked it to but if you have any self respect stay away from these people. Their amateurs at best for what they do and care not a single iota of a F*** for the people whom give them business. "

Bad Customer Service and Customer Ordering

"Stay away from this Company. Kept delaying Orders due to Back Orders. Their a Furniture Company. Missing parts on Furniture, told me to go to the local Hardware Store. Would do nothing. Email the CEO no reply. STAY AWAY PEOPLE. "

Scam , Horrible Company. Do not do business with them

"Ordered bar stools. They charged my card. Then I called them 2 weeks later because no ship date had been sent to me. Then when I caIlled them they said it would ship in 2 more weeks. So a month for a order that you charged my card for. Then I get a email saying my bar stools that I bought were out of stock and they tried to get me to order different bar stools. I called them and told them no I wanted what I ordered only. They said i had to send a email to cancel the order. That was the only way to cancel. They were very rude and even hing up on me because they said i had to follow their rules to cancel. This is a bait and switch scam. Do not order from them. Now I just hope my 1,000.00 will be refunded but I have doubts. I'm reporting them"

WORST COMPANY EVER

"WORST COMPANY EVER. I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS EARLIER. Affordable seating and restaurant furniture.net. Same bogus companies. took them 11 weeks to get my furniture. They didn't send any tracking and 500lb booths showed up in front of my business. and during a rush hour. and when i rescheduled and I was told it was a free. Reschedule 1st time I was charged $60 and then $260 without any authorization. Infact When they first charged me $60 I had emailed then not to save my card anymore and refund me the $60. in 4 days they again charged me $260 this time.
Oh ya. They send tracking info after the order shows up on your door.

Shocked at the level of dishonesty!

"I will be writing numerous reviews online to help others avoid this scam of a company.

We noticed that 3 weeks after our confirmed delivery date, our order was never delivered. Come to find out that is because they did not even produce the stools in the first place! They took our money, provided a ship date of February 8th, confirmed the ship date by phone on the day, but clearly this was a hoax as no merchandise was ever produced. Had I not followed up with them, we never would have discovered this, as no one made contact with me and even knew what had happened until I very persistently contacted them.

After hours and days of trying to reach anyone in this business I finally managed to contact Maria who up to this point had been very helpful. She had no idea that there was even an issue, as clearly she had not checked if this order was completed. No remedial actions or solutions were offered to help us meet our shipping deadline, except to start the production all over again and have us just wait again and hope that this time the chairs would actually be made. I was asking questions about an exact ship date and any other options, as well as the exact ship dates of those. At this point, she told me that she could not help me anymore that day because she was going home in 10 minutes and didn't want to make any more calls. At that point I started to get upset at being blatantly disrespected and basically ignored and I asked/begged/demanded to speak with her supervisor, Alberto Cohen. She informed me that she could not get him on the phone, so I asked for his email address which she declined to provide, instead trying to lead me towards the generic sales email address, which I know from experience, goes to multiple people and is often ignored as there is clearly no accountability. Eventually, she gave in and low-and-behold Alberto magically appeared on the other end of the phone. He then very rudely informed me that he will not do business with us and when I reminded him that they had already taken payment he said that he will return our money and hung up on me.

Needless to say, this disgusting situation has me thinking that we are better off taking our business somewhere else anyways. I feel terrible for our special-order customer, as this company has put him in a terrible position with the opening of his restaurant. We will work hard to find a replacement for him, because that is what a decent, respectable, honest company does when situations go awry. RestaurantFurniture.net should take note of that!

Be aware when ordering from these guys

"Ordered chairs with this company and the product that arrived was a different style and color when arrived. They denied it even though in the picture it was clear that there was a difference and they basically are giving me the same run around like the previous guy that wrote a review. I wouldn't order a large order or any order from these guys for that matter. luckily mine was small . If anyone wants to see clear proof of what kind of unreliability you'll get from restaurantfurniture.net just reply to this review with your information and I'll show you. "

The Biggest Crooks Around

"We ordered wooden tables for our new restaurant to be delivered in March,2016. They arrived in April and all were damaged and or mismatched. Couldn't open the restaurant because they had to be ordered locally. Kept getting the runaround in returning them and getting a refund. Here we are in December, 2016 and no refund. Stay away from this company."

"Do not buy from this company!!!! Not only did it take forever to get my order, I received 2 damaged chairs on approximately a $6000.00 order and they refused to replace them unless I paid for the replacements. Very poor customer service!!!!!!"
