"The delivery Co you use in Melbourne Vic, Toll Holdings, failed to read the authority to leave note clearly written on the parcel and returned the parcel to their depot. My phone call to their out of Australia call centre were unable to comprehend my simple instructions which necessitated me having to drive to a nearby newsagent to collect the parcel. Overall this caused the parcel to be one day late. I was home but couriers cannot deliver directly to my front door due to the security gates at our retirement village .....hence my authority to leave instructions at the managers office. All other courier companies manage this procedure on a daily basis for the 200 residents who reside in this Village, but not Toll who I regularly see confused wandering about the Village. "
