"Bought my product, confirmed everything with payment then there was no email confirmation of my purchase. Everything went "Scam alert." I rang all the phone numbers in Australian states and territory and there were no answers. At this stage, I was 100% sure I just got scammed with my money. I went through the their facebooks to see if the people there were real or made up. I searched the company for reviews on whether they are genuine or not and couldn't find anything. Last thing to creep up on my mind was this, being scammed, on top of my wife slowly dying of a disease. I left email, voice mail and messages in Facebook hoping someone would reassure me that I didn't loose my money.
The next day, one of the staff named Katie rang me around 1400. Katie told me what went wrong but I still wasn't reassured. Katie had a nice voice and accent and sounded genuine no doubt. I was feeling a little bit better hearing from the company.
All I needed was to receive my items that I ordered in my hands. Two days later, toll delivery rang our bell and gave me a box, opened it up and there it was my items.
I wasn't impressed at the first purchase, but at the fault of my own because the company had detected a fraud purchase when I put my wife's name down instead of mine.
And staff were able to rectify the problem with no fuss.
So cheers and I will shop with confidence next time."
