"Revzilla is a really good company for motorcycle gear. However, they use Fed Ex for shipping and on my last 4 orders, not a single order arrived on time or even within a day of the promised delivery date. Two of the four deliveries were re-routed but Fed Ex to the wrong address. When I contacted Revzilla customer service, their response was “we have no say in how are products are delivered.” Really?
Anyway, I will no longer order from Revzilla. Good company with terrible delivery problems "

"I contacted Arai about finding a dealer for a new helmet. They recommended Revzilla as there are no local dealers. Ordered what Arai recommended as a replacement for my previous Arai helmet that they no longer make. Beautiful helmet that came in a flash! Packaged very well! Unfortunately the helmet did not have the same fit as the old one so I had to return the new one back to Revzilla. The whole process was absolutely painless. From order to delivery to full refund was less than five days. I couldn't be more pleased with their service!
The solution for me will to be to travel to a Revzilla stand alone store and get a them to help me in person. The customer service received with this on-line order certainly makes me want to continue to seek Revzilla for my motorcycling needs. Thank you!"

"I ordered my order on a Thursday Oct 24th and watched the shipping on my account. It was showing as awaiting carrier pickup for days. I finally hit up chat on I believe the 29th at which time I was told. "Oh it was shipped back and we had to ship again. It should be there tomorrow." They did give me a new tracking number. It didn't come the next day, but came Friday. My problem was when it was shipped back why was I not contacted? There was absolutely no communication from Revzilla. The chat agent gave me a 25.00 gift card I think, I may use it, may not."
