"It's always great to get a great deal on an item. I think the helmet is great, but shipping was a total miss. Item was advertised as shipping in 2 - 4 business days. That came and went. The excellent support folks at RevZilla stated they hadn't yet received the helmet, but should get it in a day or two. That happened on a Thursday as far as I can tell. I got a shipping statement from RevZilla on Friday, and an estimated delivery date of Sunday (sure ..). However, what really happened, was the item was never given to FedEx on Friday, and finally shipped on Monday evening. The new delivery date from FedEx was delivery on Tuesday, but that changed to Wednesday.
SO .. Overall great product, amazing customer service. Shipping .. total dud. "

I ordered from RevZilla because of their price match guarantee, but my experience was disappointing. Two days after my purchase, I found a significantly lower price elsewhere, but they were unable to match it. To make matters worse, they couldn’t cancel the unshipped item, forcing me to receive it and then request a return authorization. If I had used the item, it wouldn’t have been eligible for return, leaving me stuck with the higher price. This added unnecessary hassle, and I hope RevZilla reconsiders their policies to make them more customer-friendly "
