"Received the windshield in a timely manner. The product was true to the information on your website. Read the reviews about the need to use nylon washers to reduce the size of the windshield fastener holes to securely fasten it to the bracket.
Only negative was the lack of packaging material in the shipping box. While the windshield was wrapped with thin foam packing sheet excessive movement in the shipping box tore the foam and scratched the corner of the windshield. I was able to polish most of it out.
I mentioned this because for a different bike I would have sent this back. Hopefully this will be past on to the shipping department. "

"Order my helmet from Revzilla was great. My initial intent was to buy a interim motorcycle helmet until I had enough money to buy the helmet I really want. The padding in my previous helmet was coming apart. Well this "interim" helmet wound up being exactly what I needed. The new helmet was definitely an upgrade. With drop down visor and great ventilation I was quite pleased. The extra I did not know what that I can actually fit my glasses on while wearing the helmet. I think by chance the helmet design allowed me to do this. Two thumbs up on this helmet."

"I ordered some moto pants and needed them for a rally the following week. I paid extra for expedited shipping.
Revzilla shipped the item USPS. At first, the package showed it would be delivered 2 days after it was shipped. It then was LOST.
Revzilla then told me they could not do anything to help me until the package was lost for 5-days.
3-business days after the item was supposedly shipped (it was not actually shipped), the item showed it was going to be picked up and the new delivery date would have been an entire week after I placed the order, which would have been too late.
RevZilla contacted me and told me the item was available at my local CycleGear. I informed them that I had rode down to CycleGear (1/2 hour ride with traffic, maybe a bit more) and they did not have the item in this color and was told at the CycleGear to order it online!!
I did not have time to ride back to CycleGear to get the item I already ordered online.
While RevZilla refunded my shipping and gave me some of their rewards bucks (I have never once been able to use these rewards), it does not make up for such a crappy experience.
I now have to make a separate trip to FedEx to return the item.
This was a terrible experience. I have ordered from RevZilla for years. I will never order from RevZilla ever again for any reason. Not once could RevZilla explain to me why the item was shipped USPS in the first place when it was clearly an expedited order. I honestly don't think this company cares anymore. Whatever the reason, I won't waste my time with RevZilla in the future.
