"Ordered a bunch of Ram Mount items, they came in 3 different deliveries in 3 different boxes.
Why not box it all up in one box and ship it out? This HAS to cost them more money shipping it 3 different times, which in turn costs US more money as we all know the prices get passed right onto the customer.

Receiving an item that is marked $50 less than what you sell it for is shady. The response to my concern was sometimes the manufacturer raises their prices….well it wasn’t that high when YOU acquired it, pass it on or at least change the tag out. "

"Honda motorcycle clutch cable and clutch lever this time. Other websites had better prices but then of course they want to stick it to you on shipping which brought the price higher than Revzilla. I place my order a week goes by nit a peep. Then I receive an email ONE of my items has shipped. The next day I receive another email the other item has shipped. I look at them both on UPS, they shipped the same day from the same origin. Both items were not in Revzilla stock, I assume nothing is if a simple Honda lever and cable were not in stock. So they sourced BOTH item from different vendors and instead of that vendor drop shipping direct to the customer they ship to Revilla, Revzilla repackages put all their advertisement CRAP in the boxes, again boxes plural, some attorney that handles bike wrecks, bad karma for one and if I was in a bike wreck I wouldn't need any more bike parts would I? makes zero sense. The items wound up shipping from same location, on same UPS truck, delivered same day on same truck in two different BOXES, and corrugated is very expensive in 2023. I was in the logistics field for 30 plus years in DFW and have a BS Industrial Tech, MS Industrial management, MBA from UT and what I KNOW is someone at Revzilla does not have a clue about logistics and cost cutting. Cost me the last 70-degree day of riding in 2023 and at age 60 I don't have many left. LONG STORY SHORT PLAN ON 2-3 WEEKS TO GET YOUR STUFF TO SAVE A FEW DOLLARS."

Received fast reply from Steve (Stevo) and after some back and forth, he decided to process a return/replacement pack. Very fast response. Will use RZ again when I need riding gear. Cheers
